Rhett is the owner and he is great to work with! Redbox+ is very reasonably priced but what makes this the place to go to above all the rest is his customer service! If he is not available when you call he will shoot you a text that he is on a call and then he calls you back as soon as he can. He answers all your questions and works with your time frame. His dumpster was clean and nice looking and even the guy that dropped it off was friendly and on time. I will definitely continue to use them.

I call several companies but the wait time was out a week before I could get a dumpster I then called Redbox. Rhett the owner texted and called me within 10 minutes. He not only brought one over the next morning but came back that night and moved it closer for us. His service and nice demeanor for his customers is amazing. I was completely shocked when I called Redbox for a client, in need of a dumpster the VERY NEXT DAY. They said “Yes, we would love to help you.” I had called 2 other companies and was looking at a 3-4 weeks wait. The box was delivered and placed perfectly and picked up just as scheduled. The guys at this RedBox remind me of hanging out with my favorite Uncle and some friends while getting a job done, and done well. From the first phone call (no phone matrix… actual person answers) to the pick up of our mostly full dumpster, I’m left with the rock-solid knowledge that they’ll be there when I call again.
