A roll off dumpster is an efficient way to handle large amounts of demolition and trash from commercial, industrial and residential projects.

Our containers are perfect for smaller jobs. Demarcation lines mark 10 and 15 yd roll-off box sizes.

  • 20 yard
  • 30 yard

A 20-yard roll-off container can hold up to twenty cubic yards of material. This is approximately the same as filling up the bed of six pick-up trucks with debris Approx. Size: 8 ft. x 20 ft. x 3.5 ft.

A 30-yard roll-off container can hold thirty cubic yards of material. This is approximately the same as filling up the bed of nine pick-up trucks with debris.  Approx. Size: 8 ft. x 20 ft. x 5.25 ft.

Tires, Appliances, Motor Oil, Computers, Flourescent Bulbs or anything that could cause fire risk or damage to the environment.  Any of these found in a load will have an additional hazardous waste fee added.

Prohibited Items

Roll-off containers make for a quick and easy way to dispose of unwanted trash, construction and demolition materials. But don’t be so quick to throw waste over the top of the dumpster on your job site, without knowing the rules.
General guidelines to help identify prohibited items vary somewhat, but as a rule of thumb any waste item that is considered flammable, toxic, hazardous and corrosive are strictly prohibited from being placed in any type of waste container.

Following is a breakdown of categories outlining materials prohibited from being disposed of in waste containers and roll-off dumpsters.

More than 250 million scrap tires are generated annually in the U.S. All tires need to go through a special recycling process instead of being thrown in a landfill.

Paints, lacquers and even their cans sometimes contain harmful elements. Mercury and lead are the most common culprits.

Motor Oils

Oils that are used in vehicles and industrial equipment are generally considered to be hazardous.

Asbestos is a highly dangerous mineral fiber that was used to make construction materials more flame resistant. It was used for ceilings, roofing, flooring, insulation and more primarily in structures built before the late 1970s.

The chemicals, metals and corrosive materials in batteries can pose a serious threat. This is particularly true for car batteries, which have lead-acid composition.

Petroleum and gasoline are highly flammable and for that reason alone they are banned at landfills. Unusable fuels can be disposed of at a local hazardous waste center.

Promoting environmental stewardship, especially in today’s “green” society is appreciated by all. Making sure you have a clear understanding of what it is you can dispose of beforehand is sure to eliminate serious issues after the fact.

Having a portable restroom on a construction site is an OSHA standard and considered a best practice. Having a portable toilet on your job site actually provides more efficiency for you as well as an environmental and reputational benefit.

By providing a portable restroom on your job site you can reduce the distance employees must travel to use a restroom as well as the time employees must spend searching for an alternative facility because no close restroom has been provided. The following chart was developed in a study conducted by the Portable Sanitation Association International (PSAI).

The annual cost of 10 minutes of wasted toilet time per employee, per day:

Hourly Rate 5 Employees 10 Employees
$7.00 $1,487.50 $2,975.00
$8.00 $1,670.00 $3,400.00
$10.00 $2,125.00 $4,250.00
$13.00 $2,762.50 $5,525.00
$15.00 $3,187.50 $6,375.00

Formula: Hourly Rate divided by 60 Minutes Per Hour x 10 Minutes x Number of Employees
x 255 Days Per Year.

Yes. Our trucks are outfitted with a pump and vac system to service restrooms on-site. Simply call us when there is a need for waste containment to be removed. We’ll service the restroom within 24 hours.

Waste is completely vacuumed before the box is mounted on the truck and seal tight splash caps are place in the toilet openings to prevent any secondary spillage.

As often as necessary. If the box isn’t full but the toilets are we’re happy to service just the restroom. A nominal service fee may apply.
